Reset the Sear!

F-I-R-E-A-R-M-S

What a kick. Fun only begins to describe things.

Last weekend our class went down to Sedona Arizona to utilize the SPD shooting range. We were each issued a Sig Sauer 9mm P229, and under the watchful eye of the instructors we began decimating the targets. Everyone seemed to shoot well, and we had no major safety issues to speak of. It made for a great base for the weekend.

Seeing as it is a 40 minute drive from flagstaff to Sedona, some folks decided to get a hotel room down there instead of having to drive back and forth.

Pussies.

4 of us were true outdoorsmen, and stayed out in the rain with all the other critters. I felt so tough, sleeping in my Subaru. Those guys didn't know what they were missing out on. While they may not know something, I've learned something new. I'm about 4 inches to tall to be sleeping in the back of my Subaru. It is now noted, and future excursions will involve me taking more gear out, and sleeping diagonally. Lord knows I can't open the hatch, ickey critters might get in.

I have high expectations for the coming weekend. The whole class is off to Phoenix to utilize the police driving track. That's right!! Hot Pursuit Bay-Bee!!!! Like I said before.

Beware.
